Locomotion WIP: Blocking I

First blocking pass on my locomotion project. I've already gotten it posted to AM and did Thurs-dailies today. Hoping to get it looked at again tomorrow night and keep improving it during the day tomorrow.

I'm really happy for this project and I feel like it's going in a good direction. This is definitely a fun one and I'm happy with the idea I've decided to go with.
