New Cards

I had to make new business cards for the career fair which is this Friday (!!!) and also for my professional development class.
I was super stumped on coming up with a logo for myself just because I felt like drawings would implicate 2D animation and I'm not able to do any sort of organic 3D modeling, so I wasn't quite sure how to represent 3D.
My first cards were so bland and they could've been for anything. I basically looked like I didn't have any personality.
So I was glad this class really forced me to think about it and plan. I liked the fonts I was finding and I liked the idea of using my website name, which has kind of become my "brand" since it's in my Twitter and Insta handles.
And I'm glad that I could put my Illustrator skills to use.
I still really do enjoy making web graphic and vector-based art. I was hesitant, again, because of the whole 3D vs 2D thing, but I think it worked out. And now it seems like I actually do have a personality.
I'm going to save some of the graphics I made for my website, so it's win-win. I'm going to be very pleased to have some things to spruce up my rather bland website now.
Currently deciding on a letterhead design right now and will be redesigning the layout and updating my resume.
