Action Analysis Final Storyboards

This is finally up after all this time. I think the images speak for themselves in telling the story which I really like. I was glad that I read so well with both my professor and the class. I honestly really like that. Simple stories but with a lot of meaning and not much explanation. I also enjoy a little mystery/creepiness. I still have loads of perspective problems, but I must say that I've come really far in my drawing abilities in this class. My foreshortening has made great strides.

We were expected to upload portfolio-quality work to the Dropbox. I took the picture with my DSLR and tried my best to crop it well and not cast weird shadows like my professor said. But I didn't take the time to really review them after I took them because it was 5am when I was finishing them and submitting them. (for the record, this wasn't me putting it off, I needed to do it before I left for home because I was afraid that something might go wrong with the upload if I didn't do it on a school computer so I decided to do it then to be on the safe side). But my point is, is that I didn't realize how terrible the lighting was. I mean, I should have known by now being that any time I tried to film in that room, it looked hideous. But I felt like it was good enough. Looking at these images on my computer now, I realize how bad it actually was and I hope my grade for the studio submission doesn't suffer for it. But I honestly couldn't have shot it anywhere else as there was no sunlight.

Additionally, I had to get up in 2 hours and didn't feel like taking the time to Photoshop every single one of them to adjust the brightness.

But I can do that here and now!
