MOME Project (sorta) Finished

So unfortunately, as I had guessed, I wasn't able to finish the animation. I had to condense it and turn it in un-colored.

It's personally dissatisfying when things like this happen because I am the only one who sees what I wanted it to look like.

I mean, it turned out alright and my classmates and prof liked it in class. They were surprised that I got it to 30 seconds.

With all the effects and such added, it was really only 15 seconds animation. Though I really shouldn't say "only".

But hopefully I'll get a chance to finish it even though it's far from necessary. This really should be the lowest priority for me especially when I need to focus on 3D. But it's one of those things that's going to bother me. I'm not going to hold myself to it though, because either I'm going to stop minding or I'm just going to accept that I need to use my time on other things... or I will actually get around to finishing it.

I'm stilling holding myself to that app...

But yea, I wanted a really heart-melting story and this doesn't really do it for me. If I got to the color change and the spring time I feel like it'd be more powerful. Again, this was my fault for picking something that would take longer than a week to do.

I was satisfied with the animation I did have though. I would just want cleaner lines probably. The pacing was difficult. I had forgotten that it's a little different thinking for hand-drawn animation. i guess I oughta get used to it for next year where I'm drawing on light-boards.

Something I did feel though when making this, despite it being 2D- hand-drawn: I really love animating.
