New MOME styleframes

The last styleframes that I posted I ended up redo-ing because for one: I didn't like my idea that much in the first place and two: turns out there was a theme and I'm just dumb and was being absent-minded again. The theme is "curiosity."
After feeling embarrassed and writing in my journal to get ideas, I finally came to this idea about a snowman who wants nothing more than to see the sun. It's going to have a kind of tragic ending predictably, but it's something I feel like I can keep simple.
So the story is going to that a snowman (the main character) sees the sun peek out from behind the clouds one day. He lives with a kind of tribe of snowmen in a dark and dreary winter not-so-wonderland. It's covered in snow and the sun is always hidden behind clouds. As the seasons change, the snowmen have to migrate. So when the character goes to look at the sun a friend of his runs over in a panic and shields him with an umbrella. The snowman tries to look around the umbrella but by then the sun has already gone back behind a cloud. His friend looks over and sees that there's a bud on the tree nearby. He grows concerned and in the next day the whole clan begins to migrate. Our snowman hero moves along with them. But then he sees the sun rays come up over the hill as everyone goes onto the other side of the hill. He turns around and heads towards the light. He soon enters a melted area with grass and green and life. He feels so at ease and happy to finally get to see the sun. And as he stands there basking in the warmth as his dream has finally come true, he begins to melt. And then he lies there in the dirt as a puddle, but still smiling as he finally feels at peace. I might show that as he soaks into the soil, a flower begins to sprout.
I still get nervous every time for the sake of it getting too long. Especially when this project is supposed to be a kind of warm-up for the final. I'm afraid I'll put too much into this.. Another place where I'm nervous is that I really want to animate this in PS (surprisingly) but, again I can't judge how much time this will end up taking.
So I don't know.... I'm just going to dive in with both feet. And I will definitely have to be working in the lab for this because... Cintiq!
